We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Returns

• You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Certain items (e.g., gift cards, personalized products) may not be eligible for refunds.
